Which pillow size should I get?

The main difference of both the standard and plus sized pillows is the length and breadth. The lofts are the same at 4" tall. 


We usually recommend the plus-sized SleepDream™ Pillow for those who have queen or king-sized beds, or larger body frames.. or just want that extra cloud-space to rest their head on.

How do I wash my SleepDream™ Pillow?

Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, mild detergent. 

Tumble dry, low heat, dryer balls or clean tennis balls.


Do not wash the memory foam core.

Should I use an additional pillow cover?

It’s not necessary and, in fact, it can block our pillow's breathability and cooling properties to some extent. So keep in mind to choose a breathable cover. Whether it's for the sake of cleanliness or you want to personalize your pillow with a pillow case, it's completely up to you. 


After purchase, we'll ask you if you want to add a pillow case that we developed. It's naturally breathable, dust-mite and mold-free and hypoallergenic. It goes perfectly in pair with our pillow.

Is SleepDream™ available in stores?

The pricing displayed on our site is in USD. If you're paying with a card in another currency, your payment will be automatically converted into USD according to today's best rate.

Warranty

What is the warranty of my SleepDream™ Pillow?

This 1-year warranty covers any material damage to the pillow(s) incurred under correct usage. The pillow should uphold its natural form under the time frame of the warranty. This means that any severe body contours or body impressions imparted upon the pillow are covered under this warranty. This coverage applies only to the original purchaser. 


SleepDream™ is not liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product. SleepDream™ is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of its products. The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse or abuse of the products. 


The 1-year warranty does not apply to pillow covers. In the case where the covers arrive defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel and we will send out a new one for free.

What is not covered in my warranty?

Any defects upon the cover and the pillow is insured under our return policy. Simply contact us at support@sleepdream.co within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible.This warranty does not cover any damage incurred through improper use, care or abuse of the product.

How do I get the warranty service?

If you are considering placing a warranty claim, contact us at support@sleepdream.co within the 1 year warranty time, with your order number cited in the email. Attachments of pictures of your pillow are preferable for a speedy process. 


We will process your claim within 2 business days and get back to you regarding the claim. As soon as your claim is processed, you will expect a brand new SleepDream™ pillow coming your way!

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. 


Parcels take between 6-12 days to arrive after dispatch for free express shipping.

 **Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, USPS, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

What is the 100-night sleep trial?

We understand finding the right pillow is a daunting task. The SleepDream Pillow is designed to be a perfect fit for most sleepers, but in case it's not for you, you're covered by our 100-night trial which starts from the date that your pillow is delivered. 


There’s no better way to test out a pillow than in your very own home! If for some reason you're not completely in love with it, just contact us and we will organise your refund.


If 100 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable.You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand new pillow.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 100 days of receiving the products at support@sleepdream.co. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours has passed, as we'll have most likely shipped it out of our warehouse already.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you need to make any amendments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order as soon as possible after placing the order. 


If your parcel has already been shipped out to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your parcel to you again.

How do I exchange my pillow?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@sleepdream.co

How can I return my SleepDream™ products?

To return your product, you should mail your product to our nearest to you warehouse (in US, EU or China). Visit our Returns page for more info.


 You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My package went missing. What should I do?

SleepDream™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Drop us an email at support@sleepdream.co and will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
