If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return your pillow within 100 days.
- Return Authorization required - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your SleepDreamCo order number
- Your item(s) must be received in good and undamaged condition
- No restocking fee will be applied to your eligible refund if your authorized return is received within the first 30 days in the condition mentioned above
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your item(s) is received after the first 30 days, or if the original packaging is damaged
- The shipping charges you paid to receive your order cannot be refunded
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
- The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original packaging and received in like new condition—without rips, tears or stains.
- A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com
- All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us
While the SleepDream™ Pillow has helped thousands around the world, we understand it might not be for everyone. If it doesn't provide you the best sleep you've had it years, if it doesn't improve your posture or pain, you can simply return it in 100 days.
